Decaying farms and other man-made things in the landscape northern Iceland.
Some waiting to be renovated, some to be removed and some are slowly becoming part of the nature.
In my eyes they are all beautiful monuments of the rural life in the past. Times which are gone and will never come back.
The closest we can get to the mood of those long gone days is by going to these places.
They all of their own character, own smell and own history.
